4th Annual Trunk or Treat, Oct. 27

4th Annual Trunk or Treat, Oct. 27

The following is a message from the event coordinator:

Central Sunbelt will be having its 4th annual Trunk or Treat event, October 27. It will be at Congress St. in Laurel from 3-6 p.m.

We will be having:

  • pet and kids costume contest with prizes
  • music
  • games
  • food
  • and artfully decorated trunks for a safe place for the kids to trick or treat.

We will also be offering a child I.D. program at the event. Also, all of our proceeds go to The Children's Miracle Network.

An Ellisville Tuckers Crossing Community resident is missing their horses.

They were discovered missing from their pasture this morning. One is a red quarter horse another is a paint horse and also a miniature pony.

A cat showed up in a Laurel residents yard over the weekend and now it needs a home. The resident has pet allergies and cannot keep it.
