Today’s consumers are bombarded with confusing messages about nutrition. Which advice is nutritionally true and which is just trendy? From detox diets to yogurt, we will discuss some of the hottest nutritional topics in the media today, and learn which are myths and which are just good-for-you foods. We’ll include a special tasty treat demonstration, too.
