She has received numerous awards including the Blues Foundation’s 2006 International Blues Challenge, the 2010 Pinetop Perkins Piano Player of the Year, and at the 2009 Blues Music Awards was named Acoustic Artist of the Year and her album “Mississippi Number One” was named Acoustic Album of the Year.
